By accessing this website you agree to the following terms.
Package pricing. Prices shown are starting rates for standard scope. A fixed quote is confirmed after assessment. Domain, paid hosting, ads, third-party APIs, and complex integrations may be quoted separately. Ultimate Partner amortises a standard website and light mobile app into a long-term monthly retainer; heavy native apps or large custom systems may still be quoted separately or delivered over additional months under the same fee.
Quotes & contracts. An assessment request is not a binding order. Work begins after written confirmation of scope, price, and payment terms. Long-term retainers (including Ultimate Partner preferred 3+3 year terms) are governed by the signed service agreement.
Client materials. You are responsible for the accuracy of content, brand assets, and permissions you provide.
Availability. The website is provided on an "as available" basis and may be interrupted for maintenance.
Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Sigmaris Global Sdn Bhd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
